<abstract>

The potential of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for solving linguodidactic problems is examined. An experiment conducted among students at Tambov State Technical University revealed that the experimental group using AI technologies demonstrated a 30 % increase in foreign language proficiency (compared to 15 % in the control group). An increase in engagement and motivation for learning a foreign language was also noted. The experiment confirms the effectiveness of hybrid approaches based on a combination of traditional methods and AI tools in foreign language learning.
